We recommend beginning the planning process as early as possible, particularly for custom activations and large-scale experiences. While some projects can be developed on shorter timelines, additional lead time allows for greater creativity, customization, and production flexibility.

To reserve your event date, begin by contacting us to discuss your event, goals, audience, and vision. Once we've determined the best approach for your experience, we'll provide a proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and investment.
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Because many Brandstitched experiences involve custom planning, design, and production, availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. While Brandstitched is based in San Diego, we are available for projects throughout Southern California and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, scope of work, and event logistics.
We encourage clients to reach out early when planning events outside the San Diego area so we can discuss availability, travel requirements, and project needs.

We understand that plans can change. To reserve your project and event date, a non-refundable retainer is required.
If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your event, any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded within 10 business days.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as planning, coordination, and project preparations are already underway.
(Please note: This policy applies to Brandstitched creative services and custom projects only. ESME Mirror Photo Booth bookings follow a separate cancellation policy)
Full cancellation and refund details will be provided in your booking agreement.
